Just started watching baseball not too long ago could someone tell me what is the main difference between Scherzer and the best of the bes Kershaw?

+Steve Ing Kershaw commands his pitches better than anyone else. Also, he only has 3 pitches. Fastball, Slider, Curveball. Scherzer is a top 10 pitcher in baseball but he's more prone to giving up a lot of runs when his command is off. Stuff wise, velocity and movement - he's one of the best and can dominate anyone on any day. He's got 5-6 pitches. Kershaw is head and shoulders above most pitchers.
