@@Blox117 not hard at all really. Two completely different e vehicles. Commander pro has huge advantages across the board. If you can physically ride one instead of this, get it. Ebike vs EUC is a joke. EUC wins all day, every day, with hands tied behind your back because YOU DON'T NEED THEM ON EUC! 🤣

I got mine a few weeks ago, pretty slick machine. I like your points on speed, you pretty much ride it around at full throttle, I also have the Sting R not to mention all the other forms of PEV's, heck, I even have a Zero DSR, not sure if the XXX is a keeper with all the other stuff I have but I just had to have it. The only thing I sort of don't like about the XXX is the noise, I've adjusted the chain and inspected everything, I guess it's just a noisy drivetrain.

@shanew7361 Changed the oil at 180 miles. No issues at all. The chain was too loose for my liking from the factory so I tightened and lubed that. I love it!

@shanew7361 I wouldnt get the xxx. If you can afford the extra $$ get the MX4. If you cant afford to spend the extra, get the MX3. With shipping plus the price increase on the xxx, its the same price as the MX3 now! Luna wont charge you shipping on the MX3 or MX4 but will on the xxx. The extra weight isnt very noticeable either plus its better to have more weight if your planning on riding fast!

From lunacycle you don't have to cut anything. Maybe your speed was in kph.

The only concern that I have is the over heating issue. I seen people complain about the bike over heating when riding to hard.

I wouldn't worry about that at all. I don't know who was riding it, or where, but I was full sending that thing for miles at a time at 50 miles an hour, even uphill. Zero issues. I put 125 mi of full send on that bike before I even made this video.

Talaria is $3550 out the door. Roadrunner pro is $2800. Talaria will output 120amps, RR pro does 90amps max. I'll do a video on it this summer, but it's not very fair. The Talaria is about 30% more bike.

Oh my god I love those things. I rode one down in San Fran at the Alien Rides shop a couple summers ago for a Westwheel event. The torque on those things is pure madness.

@@PerformanceRaven one thing to consider with the K6 is that you're just so low to the ground that you're really hard to see. Also there's a very considerable weight difference so think about if youll ever need to lift it in a car or get up/down stairs. If you're looking for more of an everyday ride/commuter then definitely get the roadrunner Pro. But if you just want a fun bike to rip around the neighborhood on when no one's looking then the k6 is your machine.

How does your xxx go so fast? Mine only hits max 40mph according to the little screen but not sure how accurate that is. I feel slow on the street next to cars

Are you sure you switched from eco to sport mode? That's the only setting I know of that effects speed.

actually i was on km/h. switched to mph and its actually even worst. my eco mode is about 20 mph and my sport is 28 mph max. did you cut the wire? or is yours stocked like that

Honestly, any ebike or escooter that goes 50+ will get to 40 pretty easily, it’s after 40mph that really requires most of the power.

Darn right it is. But the trade-off for having that gearbox is the acceleration that feels just like a gas-powered bike. It no longer feels completely electric, jerky and sudden. The throttle is so much easier to use. The trade-off is the noise from that very gearbox, though. Which would you rather have?

I prefer scooters too. That bike is a BLAST, but for most use cases around here scooters are way more fun and practical. Not to mention we've got people getting pulled over, wrecked, ticketed, and even impounded on Surrons in Washington State now. It's one of those things where if you knew a couple years ago, then you knew. But if you're just now finding out, the party is coming to a close.

That's only if you're utilizing it at full power. You can technically restrict any powerful ebike down to 750w and fall within the law. But it's all so arbitrary anyway since you can still go very fast even on a 350w ebike. But like I always say, "it's only illegal if you get caught". Even if I have a 2k watt ebike, as long as i'm following road, sidewalk, and path rules in front of cops, it literally doesn't matter. And if I never get caught breaking any laws, it also doesn't matter.
