What's cool about this is it's bringing Bitcoin to people who REALLY need it. Note it's win+ win. When an El Salvadorian shopkeeper and a cobalt miner in Congo can both be paid in Bitcoin and be able to convert to some local currency, some USD and save some of it for the future...then not only do Max, Saylor win, the laborer wins also. I'm a Bitcoin Trotskyist.... Black Rock and Microsoft (whatever ) and US government adoption is great....but it's the idea of getting EVERYONE a cell phone and legal tender BTC....that gets us where we're going.
