I've been really impressed with Maxace knives. Their quality is top notch. Easily on par with microtech without the stupid proprietary hardware and finicky warranty

You would not find it in the USA (or very very difficult and expensive), I got mine directly from china, if you are in USA they will ship it no problem, I live in México and OTF knives are illegal, so they send me the handle and the blade separate (2 packages, 2 separate shipping companies), and I just assembly it when the blade arrived

Funny how this OTF is one of the safest knives on the market today but it’s banned in lots of countries (even Wikipedia doesn’t list them all). Most knife crime appears to be done with common kitchen knives - not switchblades.

And you can go into any major big box store and grab a steak knife set with no issue. Dirt cheap and can harm anyone just as bad, if not worse than your typical 3.75in folding knife. No locked glass case, no ID check. Gun and knife laws, the two dumbest things to ever exist.

@@P.W.R. agreed. Too bad only the gun people who are informed understand how stupid the laws are. You want reasonable gun safety, start from scratch. Can't build of stupidness. Of course if you're not informed gun regs sound like a good thing, till someone kicks in your front door and all u can do is wait for cops to arrive

I finally got mine and man it's awesome. Love it. Fires hard. Blad is about the same size in length to a combat troodon hellhound, handle is a bit shorter and blade is a bit thinner wise, but it is lighter. Waited a while to get it, but well worth the asking price.

The Dirac Delta is pretty sick but it’s a little tough to deploy. It takes some thumb strength.

I wish we could get a flat replacement screw included with all these knives with glass breakers. Personally, I just think a glass breaker cheapens the look of the knife 95% of the time.

Umm no. Depending on the material but most likely no. The glass breakers are designed for that job. What u call cheap is a realistic need people may need. Care more about form and function then looks

@@micemr76 Sure. But for the other 95%-/+ of the people that will never use them, should have the option to remove/replace the glass breaker, especially when it's holding on the pocket clip. Since it's just a glass breaker with a screw or threading on the bottom. In those cases just include a flat screw for us that want to take it off.

I really wanted to order US made Dirac Delta or Hogue Counterstrike but you know what? All sellers who had them on stock told me they don't ship automatic knives to Europe. So although US sends here tanks and I could buy a shotgun in US Walmart, I can not order a friggin knife! So screw it, I'm gonna buy Maxace Medusa crafted by Chinese kids paid a bowl of rice. Sad but what can I do.

I would maybe agree 5 years ago, and the ultratech is still amazing and I love mine. But microtechs prices have gone up, while other companies are producing otf's of the same quality for way less. It isnt helped that the marfione's are just horrible people, them forcing retailers not to sell Axial otfs just because they are the only ones allowed to sell USA otf's is just vile. Their proprietary hardware sucks and so does their customer service. And heretics are better US otfs anyway lmao
