@@kainoakanoe not to mention Thibs never got him a guy or two who was willing to run with him, so Rose was putting mileage on his body fast doing that by himself 82 games
@narnianninja4964 Жыл бұрын
@@kainoakanoe It's cause he was so imbalanced. He only jumped left-right and left leg (I think those two) and landed left leg first, then right leg or two legs. Because of that, it means when he had to land a different way, he couldn't handle the forces and tore an ACL. Balancing your jumps and mastering dunks with all four plants and three finishes on each plant not only makes you much more resistant to injury because every part of your body is used to the jumps and landings but also improves your jumps themselves a lot because you're stimulating some parts that normally get pretty neglected but are still used in a certain plant. TLDR jump balance is good

This is why NBA players defend him rn… they had to come up against this monster for all these years night in night out😂 they are not about to let it slide that this guy isn’t a HOF. To this day I still haven’t seen a player as exciting as him. Ja is similar but he doesn’t bring the energy and stamina every night like Russ does. Russ had a different level of energy shit looks crazy and I can’t even be upset that he’s not as athletic as then because its impossible for a man to play so hard nonstop for over 10 years and deal with injury and still be the same player. I’m just glad that I witnessed this man in all those years.
