MamawCindy Try adding a silk flower or hot glue a wooden knob. There are so many other items you can add to the top of the lid. Here are a few other options. Wooden spool Glass bead A button A wine cork I hope I have given you a few ideas. 😊

U made this look so simple. These would be great for MOTHERS day. Did use the same weight paper thru out project?

I used the paper pad from Michael’s which is a heavyweight card stock. I have also made these using the white Georgia Pacific card stock from Walmart. Since I added panels on both the inside and outside of the box it made for a really sturdy box. Card stock works best. TFW

@@maxandshoji ty..i prefer to make boxes from the heavier cardstock, but have used WM cardstock also
