You guys need to fix the software. Everytime I try to change the shop info under settings it crashes.

Since you have to have both the Bluetooth dongle AND the SUBSCRIPTION would it hurt you to actually have the app in the app store in case we factory reset a tablet to clear user data off and need to download it in a hurry? We've got a useless $1000 brick here. Typical of overrated MATCO trash.
