i like how Max is able to have good banter with these posh people. i'm pretty middle class, so often when i interact with posh people they can seem a little arrogant to me, but this video shows that they can also have good humour too. i think all us humans are pretty biased with our interactions, and often think that people are either stuck up, or 'beneath' us, and so we don't fully immerse ourselves in to the conversation. we are all just humans at the end of the day, and nobody is any better than the next person. i'd love to have a more diverse group of friends with different backgrounds etc, but i guess ultimately we usually end up hanging out with people who are similar to us instead.

I never really considered skiing that posh of a thing tbh, my dad was a ski bum and ex-guide and whenever we went we roughed it in the shittiest places and barely drank or ate anything. First lift up, last lift up. No lunch. Just skiing all day. Maybe it’s posh for others but for me it was pretty damn standard, and I never really encountered that many posh people either. Maybe it depends where you go and stay.
@BanAaron2 жыл бұрын
I don't think it is necessarily a posh thing, but is a 'requires lots of money' thing. From the flights to the accomodation, ski gear, ski lesson, lift passes, food, spending money etc. You're easily spending several thousands of pounds to do something that most people don't actually care to do. Most working and middle class families just don't have the money to front a sking holiday. When I was a kid my family never had that kind of money. Why take out a small loan to go sking when you can get £20 flights to Spain, stay at a reasonably priced hotel for a week instead?
