I'm glad Nicholi said it about your score because I was going to type it as well. A lot of the 1st run scores were like 3 or 4 points lower than they should have been. Your new bike looks sick!

Totally agree with Nicolai! You were the combo king and that always scores high. It's a way more technical style of riding and maybe the judges were on drugs.

Love these behind the scenes videos; great way to see the atmosphere, stress and thought process- in the lead up to the main event. Q: As there are a lot of challenges with the Cairns event: Heat, sun in eyes, constantly changing course, and jet lag - does it make you less excited of attending the event for the future? Or you like the fact that’s it’s hard and challenging?

what a video! i know disappointing is an understatement that you got 6th because of the legs, and i bet its easy to shrug off because youre riding with friends/peers, but thats still 6th place IN THE WORLD. You got to go home with no injuries which is always a blessing in this sport, ive broken 17 bones riding bmx/dj's. Having met Nicholi in person i can easily say that he is someone you want in your corner 100% and hes absolutely correct about your score getting robbed. Its always heartwarming to see him being the contest dad supporting everyone in their time of need, and i know youll support him in his. keep your chin up and your footsteps forward and youre gonna kill it in the next one! much love and respect from the states
