I think you’re referencing a tweet thread he made on Twitter several months ago about how he would be okay with going on a date with Harry Styles but I can’t be sure about that. He didn’t admit to supporting the LGBTQ+ community for attention, if you are referencing that incident. If you’re going to be a shithead, at least put in the work. I do want it to be noted that I am not a member of the LGBTQ+ community so that might skew my viewpoint of that thread a bit, but admitting that you often over exaggerate your support in specific ways for attention is different than admitting you are supporting a cause you don’t believe in because it’s a cool thing to do.
