My mom's got the same van too. Albeit the lower trim level. Thing rips! 0-60 in 6 seconds on a cold day in Sport mode. Surprises a lot of people. WRXs, Chargers and Civics.

In '06 they put little 215/65r16 on these vans. The stock engine breaks the tires free easily. And on wet pavement you have to really baby it from a standstill.

@@KlewisiiI have a supercharged a7 with a stage 1 tune and am so nervous that I would lose to this van on a drag strip yikes. If you were to install an interchiller universal kit you can get intake air temps lower than ambient.

I have a 17 Sienna with the newer direct injection 3.5. 296hp from the factory. That is the version I would supercharge. I have the Journey’s Off Road lift on mine. Fun vehicles.

Its a U660E 6 speed auto. I believe 500-550 hp is about the limit it'll handle. Another youtuber with a Superchargered Sienna is doing a manual swap because they blew their transmission trying to go past 550.

@@TOBYH I am often carrying things a lot on the roof from bikes to luggage. I don't notice any issues with wind resistance or fuel economy with the cross rails. Also, from my time working at Toyota there is nothing in the owners manual or install manual about needing to remove them plus Toyota has a spot on that you can place the cross bars to prevent wind noise when they are on the vehicle when not carrying a load.
