You got this parents! Like many instruction videos for kids stuff, there’s lots of cool music to assure you it’s easy then they spent 0.5 seconds on the hardest bits. Note: there’s a button on the back, behind where the head will be, that loosens the rim around the top half. That will save you finger pain. They only show it at the end in this video, when it’s being clicked back in. But do it at the start!!

I followed the KZbin video for removing the cover, no worries...although like others on here I also had a bit of faffing with the little elastic hoops and the plastic hooks. I knew getting it back on was going to be interesting. My partner suggested needle-nosed pliers to grab the hoop and pull it over the hook. Worked a treat! I followed this video completely, then used the pliers at the end for the hoops. Reckon a darning needle would work well too, if you didn't have pliers.

Easy-peasy, as long as you have fingers the size of a four-year-old, with the strength of a free climber. And yes, they do not show you how to do the hardest part, attaching the cover to the two small prongs hidden by the horseshoe-shaped cover at the back. Why not just make this piece totally removable as it's purely cosmetic and yet makes the job extremely difficult. For a kid's seat which will need cleaning regularly it's a very bad design.

Does the newborn insert have 2 pieces of triangular foam or just one? We have been given one and are not sure if we need to use both pieces or not???

A crochet hook works for the difficult loops - done in seconds with this. (All credit to a friend from church for this suggestion)

I don't think the design is bad. Bad the video is pretty terrible. Some commentary perhaps? They left out some important bits like the plastic cover at the back should be opened first. Mine wasn't open because it wasn't necessary to open it to pull the cover off. And also perhaps show a step where the handle was positioned the way it was in the video

1. Turn the disco music off - it's not a race and it's annoying. 2. Make sure you have the straps in the right position to start with. 3. Pause and replay - if required - at each step. He fiddles with something at the back that you don't see early on but it's OK - a button at the back which is revealed at the end.

There is no installation of the hood in this video. More close up could been done. Have to mute the music.

Utterly useless video. Does not show how to fix the side belts.
