If you’re over 6ft and have a BMW or anything other than a large minivan, suburban or full sized SUV like a Toyota Sequoia or X5 this thing isn’t going to fit, length wise. The crown area has a lip on the upper half (where the cover meets the seat) and that lip sticks out too far. I’m 6’0 and my wife 5’10 and we had to have our seat all the way up just to fit the car seat behind us. Had no choice but to put the seat in the middle, next to our other daughters car seat and that’s been a pain for everyone. That lip sticks out into my elbow as I drive also. Now there’s an unused seat behind me, my 1st daughter feels crowded and we’re a little frustrated. If you’re under 5’8 and or drive with your seat all the way up, you’ll have no problems. For the taller folks that need leg room with Compact luxury vehicles or sedans, Avoid the upper lip!

Is it normal when attaching the car seat to the base for the back of the seat to rock slightly up and down? The front is latched to the base but the back seems slightly loose. I took it to the fire station and they seem to think that’s normal but I’m still not sure

@@tylerwilson8895 I couldn't find anything out for certain, unfortunately. We still use the car seat and have had no issues but would definitely be nice to be 100%.
