I want to buy one for a long time….BUT… It will never happen until you decide to make the correct decision and update you cheap steam wand and knob… I just don’t understand why you continue to sell an expensive and wonderful expresso machine with a cheap piece of junk steam wand and a plastic knob….when you decide to update it…I will then purshase.

I hope that heating up time is around 20 seconds, not 20 minutes as mentioned in video. The video could be better in many aspects, BUT I think your machines are GORGEOUS!

Hi, thank you for your Feedback. The heat up time is 20 minutes due to the Boiler that has to reach the full pressure.
