to the speed thing ... I had the same issue with breaking 40mph for the first time. The trick is......stop trying and chase cars hahaha. I went out to a 35mph road where I know traffic will hit 45mph at times. I just make sure I have a large gap behind me (in case I fall) and I chase the car in front of me. Just make sure there is a shoulder for you to get to in case you need to break hard. You really should not be breaking 35mph on strange roads anyway ... for personal/wheel safety hahaha 46.5mph is still my fastest speed on my Master , but at 225lbs now without my gear I am finding it easier to hit the PWM beeps when I lean into it hard.

It’s actually funny you made this video because last week I’ve been tinkering with shoes and I was wearing initially some converses that I just bought originally my old Jordan’s had a very stiff feel heel was stiff and the actual overall shoe was very tight tight on me that’s why I kind of stopped wearing them But when I put them on and rode oh my God, I think my last ride I hit about 48. That’s my top speed on the EX 30 and you are right about the confidence thing. I had a really bad crash last year and it’s still kind of lingering with me to push higher speeds than 40 just makes me kind of nervous But we don’t tell ourselves that right lol😂 but yeah enjoy your videos and you have a lot of useful tips for people I’ve been riding for a while. This is my first heavy wheel though like super heavy wheel so I think I’m just still feeling it out and trying to trust it like you said.

I’ve felt this sliding in some of my shoes! Especially when I’m trying to do one leg things. I started using my high top van boots and they are perfect laces all the way up!

What about high speed turning techniques? Especially with wheels that want to stay up right and doesn't help that I am only 140 lbs lol with my wheel being 100+ lbs.

@@UStride All is Good Dude! I just had a discussion with another rider about wheel weight, acceleration and top speed. I said U-Stride would hit 40mph on a 84 volt MSX and Hit 48mph on a High Speed MSP and I said the only reason he wouldn't go faster is because he reached the limits of the wheel.

First of all i need to thank you for making these videos. I found your video after my 1st wobble crash a few years ago. I started adopting your riding styles and i believe it the safest way to accelerate an EUC. I believe that speed is earn not given. Everyone see content creators going fast testing the machine limits. 50, 60 mph but they forgot those guys might have a decade of riding experience. 10000 hours rules is real. If you want to go fast you gotta earn it!!
@UStride2 ай бұрын
@@StriDer908 I like that. Good title for a video. The ability to go fast is earned. Reminds me of pilot hours or flight time

Hi, do you put the pedal hardness settings to 100%? Thanks
@UStride2 ай бұрын
@yura8196 it depends on the wheel and what I'm doing with the wheel. Example. If I'm expecting to get immediate acceleration and quick maneuvering, then yes. If the wheel is less powerful and lacks torque then yes

@@UStride i got v14 and trying to figure out which pedal settings I need and what it is for) since purchase i rode always on 100%
@deadbluesky2 ай бұрын
accelerating while seating is easy but you loose 30% control in case of an emergency braking also turning is more sloppy at high speed, i mean you can't do hard carving while seating. The toe lift is the best way standing.**BTW always look at your tire pressure often because too low pressure is gonna give you wobble, although for beginner low pressure like 28psi its easier to learn as long you dont try to go at 50+mph
@JeskaRain2 ай бұрын
That used to be true but not anymore with Powerknobz. Seated control is stuuuupid crisp with them.
@deadbluesky2 ай бұрын
@@JeskaRain yeah i saw a review about it, that seems good for riding seated since there is no top power pads, although i prefer having the top of the power pads so i can relax my legs on while standing...
