love it. we play a very similar style of quarters based 3-4 tite front quarters. we also borrow the backside safeties to adjust to trips (we call it “drop”). we are a small program, very similar to a JV team in terms of numbers, experience, and practice time. trying to keep consistent rules and pictures is a huge part of our defensive philosophy. the more we have installed, the less time we have to practice and get good at it.

Coach, great video, I am one of the biggest offenders of wanting to put in too much. We have taken an appetite suppression pill this year based on player feedback from last year and so far it's been really good for us to focus. I do have to fight the urge though.....lol
