I'd especially dig some more granular breakdowns of specific climbs -- how to manage momentum for each move and then string them together optimally. I think working by examples like that can help illustrate principles that are a bit abstract otherwise

Use momentum without full throwing itself at the hold. I.e : controle the speed of the move while u use momentum
