1. Max out intelligence to 15 points. 2. Max out Intelligence special legendary card. 3. Night Person perk card and Inspirational perk cards. 4. Shielded Flannel shirt and jeans. 5. Herd mentality and egghead mutations. 6. Unyielding and +1 intelligence legendary armor effects.

Military fatigues give the same boosts once shielded. You can always find them in the left room upstairs at overseers home.

@@Dmanrider Many players will sell shielded under armor. Might be the easiest way to get it, just buy it for few caps or ask a higher level player (I give them for free always). You just need it once.

If I remember correctly, for each point in intelligence, you get a 2% xp boost. So, in your example with over 50 intel, you were getting more than 100% extra experience. Not bad!

It was amazing going to West Tek this past double XP weekend and getting 3200XP per super mutant. I went up 75 levels just by spending an hour-ish on Saturday and again on Sunday.

I like this. We who have been playing for years don't tend to think about this, but this is a great idea! There are a lot of new players on Playstation because it's free now, on that platform, at least. Don't forget to mention other players. They can help new players a lot, and this is a very generous gaming community. People really try to help new players. So, if you're open to it, other players will give stimpaks, resources, help build your camp, etc. The only barrier is communication. It's very hard to do anything without actually being in a voice chat. This video was a great idea. But please make this clear, this doesn't work for very low level players. Not for new players. Mutations don't really work for players well until level 50 ish.

Get your INT up to 50* and it's pretty much a double XP weekend every time you play. (*actually, if you're having trouble getting 50, there is a bit of grace in that the XP is rounded. If you can only get 48 INT, that's still an additional 99.5% XP. For all intents and purposes, 48 INT can double your XP)

wait for herd mentality, do you just need to be in a team or do you need to be close to teammates for it to work? I was browsing someone vendor and saw it for 300 caps (which i find a really good price), but the description turned me off cause i just join a random team for the XP and it made me think i had to remain close to my teammates for it to apply. but man, if thats the case ima regret not buying it when i had the chance xD, maybe i will get the serum from one of those mutant party packs. 😆😭

You DON'T have to be near your team. In fact, you can be on a team by yourself and it still works. Hope this helps!

I changed to x box last week had to start fresh I had five characters the highest 1300 the others are 300 ish on ps4 but yesterday I saw a player lvl 7110 that’s the highest I’ve ever seen 😢

People like doing the XP boosts during seasons, since you get SCORE points for every 10,000 XP you gain. Helps get through the scoreboard faster.

@@IraRobinson Seems like a grind for the grinds sake. After a certain point, there's no benefit to leveling up at all really. Nothing really changes. Maybe they should have kept the gun levels going for another 100 levels or so. At least have something tangible to shoot for. No pun intended.

Basically just read all the entries on all the terminals inside west tek and you will be golden. Once all have been read and quest completed you can take the elevator down, wipe them all out and go back up to rinse and repeat.

You can but it won't be as good of xp. Unyielding armor and health at 20 percent means +15 intelligence.

In all games that have a stat that speeds up leveling stats get that stat max first and always try to get it higher because it will then making leveling all the other stats faster

Personally I only used brain fungus soup and well rested to boost my exp + high intelligence. Saving up for the egghead serum now, but it's 18000 caps or something to learn the recipe, so definitely not something for new players.

@@jezzmaninjapan You do not need to buy the recipe for serums. You just need the serum itself which you can find from player venders. I often see the surems for sale for around 200 to 300 caps.

Every Int points give 2% of xp,if was 12/15% bro,having 70 points with bloodied Unyielding build and buffs and everything to boost Intelligence you should get 50'000 xp per supermutant at Westek 😂😂 Only 2 percent bro haha
