15:24 not only does it get Fly and Dragon Claw, it also gets Dragon Breath and Aerial Ace. Any of the charge moves would be game changing for it; DB would make it a little more flexible. I don’t think it would make it meta but would be way better than the absolute trash they gave it for PvP.
