PUMPED for this. Really hoping it is a good starting point. Remember, they will be updating as they go. Presentation needs to come together. Not commentary, but the camera angles and cut ins etc... Needs that broadcast feel.

I think we will see EA's true intentions with the release of their college football game and it's improvements or the lack of them. I, for one, am not holding my breath for a better game from EA since they are using the same engine. Maximum Football is what excites me and I truly appreciate the openness of this company and the effort they are putting into it to distance themselves from EA to give us a unique game experience. Thanks for the update C, stay awesome!

The video game industry had a decade to release a college game!! Releasing on steam?? They know even though this game is free they aren’t putting it on consoles. Doesn’t matter though now that College football is out in 2 months lol this game will be a afterthought 😂

The catching animation does not look smooth at all. That's something I keep watching that bothers me. It doesnt look fluid, it looks awkward

This looks good, and considering EA college football game is not coming to PC. Maximum can get its own fanbase up, if the game is solid that is.

At the 3.12 minute spot I like how he switch shoulders for the over the shoulder catch madden would have gave him a crazy animation for that catch or he would have dropped it

I completely forgot about this game😭, honestly it looks identical to the older editions. Just updated graphics and player models. Not impressed. I was going to try to support the game but it’s clear there isn’t much improvement being made. Only play I was impressed with was the tipped interception.

Just on look and speed it reminds me of NFL fever on original xbox. Not necessarily a bad thing. Hopefully this is out on physical copy as i am a collector. Any insight is greatly appreciated.

If it releases on PC no later than the middle of August, then I could see them dropping it on console at the earliest in December. But it will most likely be early next year unfortunately…

No way graphicwise will this game touch Madden, but gameplay though will be very interesting. Looking forward to trying this game out. BTW, this game is far away from putting a chokehold on EA.

Not sure, it’s on PC so yeah most likely. But the amount of customization they are putting in the game in general you may not need to mod it…

Physics play a big part, but the dudes are running straight up and down with no body lean. Hopefully that’s something they take into account to fix to make it look less cheesy.
