Depends on how much you use it. It only puts out enough to center you on +20 mass 1k power. If you don't build anything it doesn't make anything because you aren't stretching your eco. It has a max capacity of 10k mass and 1 million power. If your original eco was 500 mass, then you would have to spend 10.5k mass to max the paragon, in which case it would pay for itself in just a couple of minutes.

The Paladin get a eco boost just like the Phantoms, except his eco boost is smaller than the Phantoms, other than that, Paladin is just an innocent... If a Phantom marked a Paladin with Paladin mark, the Paladin loses his eco boost, meaning he turns into a regular innocent.
