They a disgrace. Only interested in feathering their own nests by stalking customers who are playing the machines. Pressuring them to leave well down. They they play the machines or tell their mates to play a certain game on a terminal by reserving the machines. Or switching them off. So no one else can play.. Blocking the note taker too so you can’t insert notes is something else I seen them so. That’s not on their contract is it? Need retraining on customer service instead of driving customers away.
