Max strength axe and it still has trouble getting kills. If Sair is going to be soo hard to hit, at least make it more likely to kill when it does at red. I guess meta legends will have more than 5 defense, so this is a bit skewed, as Sair probably kills them at red, but there's a lot of times where it feels like it should kill and it just barely misses. Mid attack axe like Volkov kinda forces you to throw the weapon away to kill confirm.
