These are amazing keep going brother! We all need more of these kinds of videos

I think the video title is named wrong... but great explanation though, your use of meaningful variables actually helps a lot in understanding code as well

Haha whoops! There's an option to re-use details from a previous video to save me a lot of time when uploading and I forgot to change the title... good catch, I've fixed it now

This problem is not easy as it appears. Lot of places one can go wrong. Thanks for the video.

I had to watch this video a few times for it to wrap around my head and look up Kadane's algorithm. I believe I got it now lol.

Can you post a solution for the leetcode problem 336. Palindrome Pairs? Thank you.

Can you clarify the expectation for system design interview depending on the level (e.g. E4, E5, E6)? Additionally, can you share resource preparation for the different levels? E.g is grooking enough for E4 but not for E5. Thank you.

Not really, the leveling is not based so much on your in-depth knowledge of systems and how to make them scale. A lot of it comes down to how you scope out the problem, clarify the problem space, determine the requirements, and then make trade-offs based on the question being presented. There's no way to game the system and try to give an E6 answer when you're really an E4. It's always apparent from your approach to the problem what your experience and level is. Systems Design and Behavioural interviews are ones which you can't really make yourself seem bigger than you are, the interviewers will extract the signal they need. As for whether Grokking is enough for an E4.. I'd say the systems design concepts are probably enough at a very basic level, though if that's all you study then it will be very obvious you don't really know what you're doing and that will reflect on the leveling you get. Supplementing with Designing Data Driven Applications is a good move but again there's so much more to these interviews than just the technical knowledge about things like load balancing, sharding, etc.

@@crackfaang Thank you for the reply. Follow up: Can you share framework or guidance to ask the “correct” questions? For example usability, monitoring, cost?
