This song is a stock song, originally made by Danny Brown, with Dan Wojciechowski on the Drums.
For a long time, the origins of this song were unknown, until Fleety managed to find it, thanks to the name of the song within the SWF, which was m_wave. Thanks to him, and many others, the song, and many variants, were found and recovered. The version posted in this video is a unique extended version I created, using a few different versions.

Here's another tidbit about this cut... When Wojo (Dan Wojciechowski) showed up to overdub/record the drums he brought two drum kits, but he didn't know that the music was going to be surf stuff. This song required the "Hawaii 5-0" drum treatment, but the drum kits only had two toms! The solution was to combine two different kits. The toms sounded completely different on each kit, so if you listen, the sound changes as he plays across them. DIDDLE DUDDLE DIDDLE DUDDLE It made them sound unique!

I really appreciate you allowing us to keep the track up here. This track didn't have a high quality version preserved for a long time, so to be able to have one up, and with your blessing, is really quite the honor. The version presented in this upload is a unique edit I made using a few different versions of the song. There exists 60 second versions of the song, and one that lasts for 90 seconds. There's also other misc versions which don't have some instruments present. I combined these versions together to create the extended 150 second cut heard here. I had no idea there were other places like Sound Dog where variations were being sold. It doesn't really bother me too much although I do own half of the publishing now. Here is an interesting tidbit about this song... the melody guitar(s) was/were edited at the request of the company that bought this piece because they thought that it was too close to The Ventures Walk Don't Run. So, the top notes of the melody line are the same performance, but the second time through was grafted (edited) on the first time through. It was just enough to differentiate the melody from "Walk Don't Run." You are correct that there is a :90 and a :60, but there were also :30 and :15 second versions. :90 was called extended, :60 was for radio spots and :30 was for TV spots and the :15 was a "stinger" for whatever use the end user had. For some companies we wrote all four lengths in a full mix with all instruments, an underscore without the lead melody and an alternate mix that usually had the drums and a few other parts pulled out. It sounds like you used the full mix and the underscore. I need to check because if I remember, some of the other Club Penguin music was also stuff that I produced, recorded, mixed and played on. BTW... I discovered that this music was used years ago when my daughter was playing Club Penguin.@@ClubPenguinOST

There were three mix versions of each piece that I wrote. Full mix, alternate mix and then an underscore. This must be edited together from the three versions. The original piece was :90 seconds long. I only have the :60 second full mix unless I dig VERY deep into my archives.
