Let's go!!! My Powerbuilding System is available now! jeffnippard.com
What's my new Powerbuilding System all about?
‣ my best strength & size program to date designed for intermediate-advanced lifters
‣ you have the option to select a 4x/week or 5-6x/week version
‣ an Excel spreadsheet for tracking your progress
‣ a Technique Handbook explaining exactly how to break through sticking points
‣ full 10 week program (plus a max test week) including exact warm up sets, working sets, RPE, %1RM, and coaching cues for every exercise!
‣ video demos from me for every exercise
‣ a huge list of exercise substitutions
‣ detailed explanations of the entire program, and much more!
The program alternates between Full Body weeks and Upper/Lower weeks, like this:
Week 1 - Full Body [More strength focused]
Week 2 - Upper/Lower [More hypertrophy focused]
Etc...
Also, if you're a bit limited on equipment at the moment, no worries. I first ran through the program in a garage gym with just a power rack, some dumbbells and a few bands. There are some cable/machine options included, but there is also a full list of exercise substitutions for every exercise in the program. If you run into any other questions/concerns my coaching support team will be available to help you out as well.
Learn more here: shop.jeffnippa...
If you're still in your first 1-2 years of lifting, I strongly recommend running my Fundamentals Program first: shop.jeffnippa...

Enjoyed the jokes about not training hard enough. Wanted to comment on that just to those who are still skeptical on Jeff’s training methods especially in terms of how hard we should train. I never cared for tracking RPE I just trained hard and more often then not to failure. My physique was not bad but my strength was my concern. I was also tired of burning out and being fatigued most days. I implemented a lot of Jeff’s science based strategies that are not to necessarily just to conserve energy trust me I still work my butt off but using the literature we have today to know at what point is pushing harder not only not gonna make gains but even kill your gains. So long story short, I have implemented Jeff’s science based lifting and have seen huge improvement especially in strength but also muscle development.

Such a subtle and funny way to blast back at all the negativity coming from other fitness KZbin channels. Anymore, channels seem to just blast other channels for views. I appreciate Jeff’s channel because there is none of that. I’ve been a longtime fan and have purchased three of Jeff’s plans so far and they’re great. I will definitely be adding his new program to my arsenal. Well done Jeff. Thanks.

Well edited video as always! Also, would you consider making a video where you dive deeper into fiber type science? Even though I do know that most muscles are compromised of roughly the same amount of fiber type 1 and 2, I find it hard to find out what muscles disobey this norm. Would you consider making a video on this, or include it in a Q&A of some sort?
