You should just put ice cube in there with no water so while the ice melts gradually into a very cold water its gonna be used for misting.😍👍

On high (knob all the way up) it runs a bit shy of 2 hours. On medium (knob in the middle b/t all the way up & the lowest) it runs a little longer than 4 hours. Haven't timed it on low yet. Came across this video trying to figure out how to access the 'filter' thing - Thank you.

I am puzzled with this misting button. Once it's pushed, does it stay on? Also, is there a button that shows you when the MaxKare is charged ? This would be great for my car...my car's air is broken and I live in Dallas.

Just a humidifier and you must be careful to keep them clean. You can get legioner's disease.

An evaporative cooler by any other name is an evaporative cooler. They are usually cheap, have no condenser and work by blowing air over a wet screen. And they only work in dry desert climates. YOUR CAN MAKE YOUR OWN CHEAP EVAPORATIVE COOLER!"; Just put an electric or battery operated fan blowing wind at a damp towel that's hanging 2 or 3 inches in front of the fan (but not laying on the fan due to fire hazard). When the towel starts to dry, dampen it again. The water evaporating off the damp towel makes the air colder! These evaporative coolers don't work on the East Coast where there is more humidity. If your on the East Coast, look for a small portable A/C that has a condenser. If your lucky you may find a portable 12 volt one that can run off of batteries. They are expensive though.

Anything with an ice screen screen SCREEN cannot be any good as far as dependability and function understand when you have to stick a cube in the water or you have to put an ice screen in the freezer it’s all a bad concept if you had a reservoir of decent size and turned it into calls air cold air it would be worthwhile maybe I cannot swear by that but for right now people save your money and timeEven $11 to send it back UPS is not worth it
