Thank you so much for your video. I live in Maine and we are going to install one of these. BTW, those Irwin channel lock pliers are my favorite pliers. Did you order your heat cable directly from the company website and if so, how long did it take to receive it after you ordered it?

Delivery info is usually best from the company due to location and stock or any issues also size up as it goes in the pipe so there is a restriction

@@gocart09 Because it doesn't carry a third party (ex.: U.L.) approval for the U.S.. "Gut" tracing is allowed in Canada (only) when and only when the mfg. has applied and received CSA approval.
