Beautiful outdoor winter scenery; reminds me of when I went to beautiful Alaska! And we have the same weather here in Chicago as you seemingly have there: A few seasons in one day! I think for Maya is though not seeing her Canadian family in recent years, but what I don't understand is why isn't she focusing now on her new family in Sweden. She can still have great memories with Saga and Max and embrace her current immediate family, even though the vibe is different with a smaller family. They can for example plan to spend next Christmas in Toronto and travel with Saga there when she will be older and she can make memories on Canadian soil too. Sometimes we as people tent to miss what is familiar and resent what is changing, but the only constant in life is change. What I mean is try to enjoy what you have in this chapter of life, try embracing being a mother more. Think less of what life used to be, so you will not feel miserable or sad for your current situation. As with everything else in life there are pros and cons.

Since I don't for see a 'White Christmas' or cold weather in Miami, maybe we could switch places for a copy of days! Lol! One of the many things I miss about my home, going up in the Midwest! Love the fact that you can go outside your door and cut down your Xmas tree. Even though you bought one for $10, that's a 'steal'! The cost of trees here starting price will be in the $30 range. It's all about the sizes of them. Such cute ideas ( and easy & cost saving) for decorating the tree. Blessed Sunday!
