Thanks for showing me how to clean it. No cart stop, except very tip of the flip section. That is why I am here. The very end is up and I can't get it down. It has 2 positions of up, but no horizontal? How do I get the cart on, and the load off like this? There is a lever on the right, which isn't helping.

What types of vehicles and or trailers can be installed? Freightliner business class m2 box truck 26ft. Or on a 28 ft pup trailer?
