To be fair, the reason why your video got demonetized by some random person instead of youtuber them self was because youtube probably doesn't have time to do it themselves, so they let person reporting do it for them. Reason why they probably have many reports coming in daily about problems, but they contact bigger people first since they're problems could affect the amount of money they gain the most. Since you don't really affect youtubes money gain much (no offense), they will ignore you, until all other bigger youtubers problems have been resolved. You should remember; youtube does want to make money.
