When I was looking for a bag, Maxpedition didn't have exactly what I wanted, such as full ambidextrous capability and smaller capacity. Your bag was too big for my needs. I found the perfect bag for me in the Vanquest Tolcat with 6.5 L. and several compartments that are the same on both sides. I can switch sides easily if needed too and clip my keys to the shoulder strap. The ccw compartment is zippered on the back, unseen from the front with the same type adjustable weapon holder. It was about $75.00.

Ben thanks for a great video. You are the first reviewer that I have seen with this pack that has not just been positive. I want the pros and cons especially as this is one that I'm waiting to come to the UK. You could turn the iPad around the other way to prevent screen damage. I'm assuming that you had the 8 inch version as you said smaller version. Would appreciate an update latter regarding this pack and any issues that you come across.

Definitely looks like a quality sling pack, although not sure that style bag is what I'm looking for. I prefer backpacks myself, but to each their own.

Good to see you back at it. I like the color of the fabrics. I'm not sure i like the sling design. Hopefully they make a 20 liter backpack design, that would be more practical for me. Thanks

Too expensive for me (I'm on a very fixed income, ie: SS)! There are tons of grey man shoulder bags out there for far less money that are of comparable quality. Maxpedition should wise up and start selling a budget-friendly line of goods.
