I carry a rat wallet almost a year now and I love it. Its in my edc video I have here on you tube. I often joke and call it a modern version of the sporran. But it works for my urban edc. Thanks for your video.

Have owned one a couple months now, I keep a small FAK in it, a spyderco dragonfly, a BIC lighter, my phone, currency and CC's. Occasionally I'll carry my leatherman wave along too. Can be a bit weighted for an edge but it's small and I use it as my "mini" go bag....lol

A fellow Maxpedition lover, nice, I've had coins actually fall out of this when it was closed, tiny little Malaysian ones, but yeah, lost money all the same. Got the CMC for money cards, notes now, and use this for phone, MP3, etc..

just got mine, i put the coins in the zip pouch.. made most sense to me.. i'm trialling it as my edc wallet/phone/gear combo can hold a lot of stuff and will fit in my cargo shorts pockets

I use a rat wallet myself. To over come the coin problem I keep my change in a small zip lock plastic bag.

You could just put the change in one of the other pockets, and your altoids or larger items in the main compartment
