Lmao.. 🙉 I stopped doing the workout at 07:52 and done some crunches on the abswing and like 5 seconds later he said stop doing crunches!.. Those things doesn't work.. I literally just looked around and then to the back and continued Max's cardio workout.. Lol.. Good job Max. #SweatingLikeCrazy #SouthAfrica 🌍

+Emmanuel Garcia Yes, that would be excellent! If it's your only workout for the day, try double or tripling them. Also, you may want to check out some of our kettlebell workouts, too. With consistency, you'll get great results! 💪

great vids bud...just new to this channel...im trying to lose fat specially belly and thinking of 1 hour work out everyday so...5 min cardio warm up+10 min this cardio work out(total 15 min)....should i just repeat this 2 or 3 time or i go for ur other work outs?anything to recomend plz...

Welcome Ben! Sounds like you're ready to step things up...love it! Try to focus more on intensity, than duration. Your burn more calories & fat while building lean muscle simultaneously. Repeat multiple rounds of this routine, then next workout, try another one :)

Calorie burn depends on many variables (age, weight, intensity, fitness level) but its between 100-200 per 10 minutes. Also, with H.I.I.T training like this, you will continue to burn after the workout is completed, up to 24-36 hours.
