yessssssss I fish the whole workout I don't think I'll be able to move tomorrow but I like that I'm getting better and better everyday I started a weight loss program 5 months ago I was 297 lb and when I started I saw this video and I tried it and I was unable to do not even half of the video today 5 months later 105 lb lighter I decided to try it again I am glad and proud of myself that I was able to do the whole video thank-you bro for your videos they are very helpful and inspirational I got 30 more pounds to go I got this

+Ayush Lodwal Total calories burned will vary for each individual, due to intensity, weight, & fitness level. Based on your weight, between 14-22 cals per minute, 140-220 per 10 minutes. Have you tried the whole series yet?

Hi Sean! It really depends on intensity, fitness level, weight (as you specified) & age. Between 100-150 for you, per 10 minutes, is a safe bet. The awesome thing about HIIT workouts like this, is that you keep burning long after the routine ends. We just started a new 7 minute workout series, you may like as well :)
