Hey brother. So I also got this light, but it will randomly turn off and I have to go on the app and turn it on. Or it won’t shut off at desired schedule. Have u had issues? Because it’s so new not many ppl have it. Not a lot of help out there.

That’s an odd one. I have not experienced any random shut offs. I would contact them for a warranty issue

@ thanks for the response. Yeah it’s weird. Like my schedule would be on auto and the light is off in the middle of the day. And doesn’t the on u less I go manual mode. Which is pointless. Maxspect just sucks at getting back at you. I can’t even register my products. The link they give u on the box to register just takes u to a page where u create an account and can’t register anything lol. Maybe I’ll just return it to BRS

I have a Red Sea 450/xl 525. How many of these lights do I need? I have three, but am thinking it’s too much, looks like two would work (which would be good, I could use the third one on my much smaller tank). Thanks in advance for your help😊

Did you use the Syna-G Cloud app? Can it be controlled remotely outside the LAN?

Yep syna-g cloud. I Jsut did the direct control but assuming remote works. I can test it later :)

Print a shim and it should be snug on the nano.

Not sure if it full off or not but I didn’t hear or notice it on the nano when it was at 30% ish so I’m assuming it spins up or down based on temps
