If you are going to fat loop the molle weave over the belt, then into the molle slots on the attachment. Provides a little more stability also allows you to adjust height on the belt. If you want the pouch higher weave into first row on pouch, then over belt and back to pouch before snapping. This will move belt down a touch and thus the pouch will be raised a little.
