For someone your age, your Sp02 should always be higher than 95%, probably around 97% or 98%. I think 92% is pretty low, so you might want to double-check if the ring is doing its job :)

These rings and products are highly inaccurate. as good as off by 40-50%. They should focus more on showing calibration data rather than showing 'features' which dont mean much without accuracy. Apple Watches are the highest accuracy 90% or more accurate

I bought this smart ring, was waiting for the Samsung, because my son bought me the smart watch. I wore it one day and night, I recommend it for seniors like me,for BP, oxidation, stress,sleep,etc. During the day I am wearing the watch that reminds me to walk,move, etc and the ringconn is a perfect pair. To all don't think that ladies in their 70,80 we are not interested in tech ,digital products, we are. Careful buying Ringconn. Even though it's cheaper and there's no monthly sub, if you don't like it, you're stuck with it. and that's a lot of money to be out of. The return policy: That the Product was defective and/or damaged on delivery. That the Product delivered does not match the agreed specifications (e.g. wrong size, colour, etc.). That the Product delivered is materially different from the description provided by us when you paid the order.

I bought one and I love it a lot more than my super expensive Oura ring. It simply has a lot more functionality than Oura ring and it is super accurate. I can't wait for a completely round model to come out though

What is the sampling rate for heart beat, blood oxygen, HRV, temperature etc. ?? If the sampling rate is 1 time every 15 minutes, it is nearly useless. I believe that a sample rate of 1 time every 30 seconds is the minimum for accurate data.

Their support has been terrible so far. They do not use US ring sizes, so be warned. You have to order their sizing kit. I don’t even know why they have an option for “I know my size”. Their return and exchange policy is pretty abysmal.

There is no such option or analyze in the app of ringconn. please clarify why you using terms which are actually not relatred to the app. The app only physical health. The only mental state it measures is stress, which is nothing new and there is also no upgrade not even an update. So what the F you are talking or "not" talking about but pulling ppl into this video?
