I have a theory about Austin being in the pilot You may be like” Rae droid how is that possible” well sense theirs no actual footage of him but what if he is and people just thought that he wasn’t. Also since there’re concept art for the four others, maybe Austin is in a separate part of the pilot and has separate concept art I’m currently working on a comic book for the pilot and I added him in it so there’s a possibility that he’s in the pilot

I swear this aired once. I just know it did. I remember my brother telling to to go too the TV and put on some channel because it had a weird backyardgians live action show. I was like 4 and he called me using my grandmas phone because he was there and I wasn’t. This could be something else but I remember it too well...

It’s kinda interesting that Austin (who is the purple Kangaroo/Wallaby) wasn’t in any of the pictures so I guess before this pilot either aired or deleted, Austin was introduced late in development and I wonder why the three meerkat characters were deleted? I think they would of been interesting characters!
