Love the hybrid plans so far. If they can cook up good access points from I-45 and US 75 while dealing with limits in the new design, then this will be a smooth path. Can't wait to see the final design.

Hybrid is recommended. Remove Frontage Roads, and improve City arterials.

TXDOT recommended building a highway??? I’m so shocked. They usually have really unique ideas
