It is very sad that Ghana has to turn to IMF for a bail-out of its economy. Watching this program makes me very sad. It makes me wonder about the fate of Africa. I do hope Ghana can pay this loan back.he ghanian people through the imposition of higher taxes will be one to bear the cost. It would be good to know the details of the loan agreement
