Man it was the end of the Toonami block on Kids’ WB! Wish there was ads during that block to upload.

The tape started during an episode of Yu-Gi-Oh then X-Men Evolution followed by the world premier of Phantom Investigators (that's how I figured out the air date) then an episode of Sherlock Holmes in the 22nd Century.

Seeing Phantom Investigators makes me sad. You got this cool show with a variety of animation styles from puppetry, stop-motion, some kooky live-action stuff, and yet Kids WB pulled it away all because it was gaining a viewership of girls instead of boys...despite getting the show SPECIFICALLY airing to get more girls watching it!

I'm trying to find some anti drug commercials I remember from this block when I was a kid, one was a black guy at a locker looked like will smith who just says "man you gotta be a FOOL messin with that stuff!" And he slams his locker and that's it. And the other one was like this robot eating stuff and then a bunch of drugs come thru and it falls apart and a creepy voice says "drugs can break your body down" does anyone else remember??
