hours before cooking po ate soak mo po in cold water with salt then let it sit then wash po again before air frying

Hello, i need some advice, recently i bought one instant vortex plus clearcook air fryer. everything seems to ok but i noticed some rattling noise while opening or closing the basket or touching the top with basket removed. i think its coming from the heating element. is it normal or should i get a replacement?
