Yes I agree with Vieka, you need to seek a second opinion who can manage the medical treatment that you need as a patient with a necrotic liver . Your enlarged belly is called Ascites , caused by high pressure in the veins of the liver , leading to leakage of fluids out of the liver into your abdominal walls and cavity filled with fluids making your belly enlarged like a balloon . Usual diet for patients with Ascites is lower Sodium intake meaning low salt diet and restriction . Remember all those ham and packaged processed foods are high in Sodium . So avoid those . A regular management of Ascites is paracentesis , which is removal of the fluids in the stomach by a needle by z tract after anesthesia is applied , and connect the incised area to a tube draining a bottle to collect the fluids . Maybe a good 25 -40 minute procedure . Can be done at the bedside by the doctor . . Hoping a second opinion doctor can help in the medical plans and management of your necrotic liver and Ascites . So you will be relieved from discomforts You should feel some relief after the abdominal fluids are drained . In some cases sometimes the procedure is repeated after a few weeks when Ascites comes back . The reason why strict restriction of salty foods should be followed and follow the dietary consult’s guidance . Best of luck on the second opinion approval Garnett and Daniel 🙏💕You and Daniel should insist for the doctor to do something and insist on proper medical management of your Ascites . And a dietary consult chopsoey and sweet and sour is not advisable in your condition . Remember you have to be careful of what you eat or drink coz your liver is not functioning as well as a filter not like the healthy liver

Hi Garnet, you look a little bit better compared last vlog. You are not short of breath like before and your eyes is not as yellow. Having fluid in your belly is expected because of your liver problem and is very common with people with liver problem. So it is very important to let your body heal because once your liver heal and it is back to normal, the fluid in the belly will get better also. Good for you that you said something about changing the antibiotic. As a patient, you should always be proactive with your care. The doctors and nurses does not know what you are experiencing, you do, because it is your body so make sure you speak up and question them. Inday share ko lng sayo noong after nanganak ako 10years ago nagka haematoma ako mayroong liquid ung tiyan ko may blood Clot sobrang sakit so ang ginawa ng hospital pina higop through sa seringe through ultra sound and pina antibiotic ako, after a couple of weeks nkarecover na ako be positive lng na gumaling ka. I think thats not the solution of Inday garnet going home. Ang mayayaman nga sa Pilipinas pupunta pa sa abroad para doon magpapagamot kasi mas completo sila sa mga aparatos doon compare sa atin. And besides may insurance sila doon na malaking tulong sa kanila in terms of pambayad sa hospital. I am not saying walang magagaling na doctor sa pilipinas or sa lugar ninyo. But we should also consider the family, kung uuwi si inday garnet hindi buo ang pamilya nila nila, we should also consider the husband's side , at least doon buo ang pamilya nila.... at least malungkot man sila sa mga pangyayari at least buo ang pamilya and that is Inday Garnet's strength, ang makikita niya ang husband at anak niya.....Sana i-pray nlng natin na ok na lahat ang mga lab test niy, wala ng mga complications at 100% na siyang magaling. Pray lang dhai, same experience nun na hospital anak ko ako yun Mas nappraning sa Araw2 namin sa hospital, nagpasama rin ako sa husband ko nun kasi kasagsagan pa ng pandemic sobrang mabubuang din ako dahil wala ako masyado tulog dahil sa stress at pag alala sa anak.. Ginawa ko umiiyak talaga ko kinausap si God nagdadasal,, hagulhol talaga ko sa CR kasi lumilipas ang araw na yun sakit nadadagdan at padagdag ng padagdag mga tests sa kanya.. Sabi ko Lord pagalingin niyo po anak ko, after ilang araw nagiging normal na yun mga results gang sa nakauwi na kami.. Yan Gabi Gabi na kami nagdadasal bago natulog kasama anak ko
