Dave; believe me when I say; "I missed you" and was wondering what was going on. Trust you are now feeling a lot better. This layout just never ceases to amaze me. Dave once again your stills are just out of this world. That one inside the engine shed just blew my slippers clean off and as for that last one being an early morning scene (I presume) - I have no words. Great to have you back and take care.

Fantastic layout , i'm glad there are no people standing around the stations etc as they tend to look like statues and ruin the look , just moving trains which is what it's all about , glad to see you have recovered and back to filming :-)

Thank you for your comment, and your approval of the absence of figures on the station. Pete Waterman doesn't like crew on his locos either. It is his layout after all, he can do as he wishes. It is a fantastic layout, and always try my best to film it the best I can.

+Ed Shunt : Thank you for your very nice and sincere message. Of course I am pleased you enjoyed watching the video. Unfortunately this layout is on private property, and not open to the public, so I am so sorry about that. It is my pleasure to share these videos, and overwhelmed how people respond to them. I am not a professional, just a retired 70 year old who enjoys video editing as a hobby. I do not get paid for these, but then....I would pay just to attend this fantastic layout.
@edforcer13408 жыл бұрын
Hi Dave I understand the reasons for privacy. Goodness knows how many freaks and "Kylie fans" would get through, given PWs past life. Not all fame is good, it seems. At least we have the skills of "A Retired 70-Year-Old" to keep up with developments. I lived in Yorkshire (Sheffield) for 10 years so I wouldn't pay to attend but I'd happily "Mash" and sweep up all day to see it running. Cheers!

So sorry to hear you've not ben well - welcome back indeed, I've certainly missed seeing progress at Leamington. As always fabulous video. Nice to see some of the signals working. The 52 wagon rake of minerals sound as if they desperately need some oiling - can you ask that nice Mr. Waterman if I can volunteer to do a bit of maintenance for him before he gets a hot box or three ?
@DaveCooper36b8 жыл бұрын
I can ask him, but be aware there are hundreds of wagons to maintain!!! Thank you for your good wishes, and thankfully I am much better now. Of course I am also pleased you enjoyed the video. MOST of the signals are now working, which is better for the layout. Thank you for your comment.

I don't think so as he did own a fleet of class 47's, they were the 47/7's....and he used to drive them. He is also bringing out a superb 47 kit just like the real thing.
