I think the jail was actually a pretty cool idea (if you think too hard) 1. He makes Etce B make a jail, and since Etce B now has his own island, he can recreate it and maybe improve 2. In a previous episode, Etce A goes to a 5 star island to get some ideas, and since Etce A wants to get rid of the island, this might be his idea to restart and make something new
