Seeded Red Lentil Tofu: kzbin.info/www/bejne/q6K0aWWcaM2ar5Y Recipe notes and tips: - You could possibly use leftover mash, but I wouldn’t recommend it if you added lots of milk as this will make everything soggy. I guess you could try adding a little cornstarch of flour and reheating, this may help thicken it again - Fat free crunch ideas; chia crackers, broken up pasta chips (using the aquafaba technique like here: kzbin.info/www/bejne/maHIf4Z_rLCdecU) - You could turn this into a fun, interactive dinner by putting all of the separate components on the table and let people make up their own - Variations; vegan cheese, mixed grains and olive tapenade with a tomato consomme-style pouring liquid | chilli non carne/taco/burrito filling with rice/couscous

You mentioned that you had old cinnamon. Have you tried cinnamon as an anti-inflamatory. I'm not sure how much inflammation is a factor with the Ehlers-Danlos but I use cinnamon daily just to combat 45-year-old blue-collar work pain and it makes a difference.

I'll have a look into that, thank you 😊

@@AuntieRachelsChaoticKitchenI'm not sure where the Brownstiens originated from but we grew up with a pretty healthy dose of old world folk remedies from the Danish/Russian/Ashkenazi line of the family.

Was this an extra salty dish or did you use less salt than it looked like? (that dash of pink salt looked pretty liberal for you.)You always go very light on salt. The channel is monetized so try not to skip the ads especially the ones at the end, help channels and creators you enjoy, like and subscribe and do all the things that help the algorithm gods.

I used just the ¼ teaspoon of pink. I must say, I thought it looked like I'd used less than that when I was editing!

@@AuntieRachelsChaoticKitchen It didn't look like a lot of salt just a lot of salt compared to what you use regularly. As a rule you're kind of skimpy on added salt in most of your videos. You let stock packets and soy sauces and stuff like that do a pretty big chunk of the flavoring.

May I be the first to offer my services to be your OFFICIAL food tester. Have you had a new kitchen installed or am I going mad? You have a restaurant?
@AuntieRachelsChaoticKitchen2 ай бұрын
Nope, same kitchen as ever! And no, no restaurant
