I saw Fig get so excited about the concept of having 15 cats in the house but also still needing to be Cool™ so it came across in that constipated way. So Brennan seeing it as a kind of threat to other beings in the house took me so off guard and it's always so funny

sometimes i try to put myself in the shoes of someone who doesn’t watch adventuring party and wow beardsley’s “i think i have my familiar winnie the pooh” must’ve seemed so insane to them. when they say you’re only getting half the story it’s true.

I could be forgetting something from an earlier season of AP, but the joke about Winnie the Pooh being Kristen's familiar actually happens before the AP where Brennan gets the Winnie the Pooh doll for them! I think they mentioned it off camera as a bit and it has slowly made its way into their general lexicon of jokes (like "if I roll a nat 20 you have to get Hunter Biden a switch"). Sorry if I'm being annoying/pedantic! And like I said, I absolutely could be forgetting them mentioning something about it in earlier adventuring parties. But I just love that Ally makes that joke in episode 15 and the AP for episode 16 is when they're gifted Winnie the Pooh ajshdhd

I havent religiously watched adventuring party but Ally is so chaotic that it didnt really phase me. If it was anyone else in the party, sure, but ally, we have just accepted their crazy mind leaps
