1) c (I) and (ii) strategy: The agency can recommend the development and implementation of programs that will offer shelter and care to elder individuals that are without close relatives or family members. Justification: This strategy will be successful because the elderly persons that were living on their own will now receive intricate attention and care from those individuals employed to take care of them as opposed to the elderly participants of the program living on their own receiving little to no care.

reason for voter turnout Factor 1 = Voter apathy - Where the voter is not interested in politics or may have lost faith in government . action = Promote elections towards the youth convincing them that it is fair, and that no government intervention can determine who wins because the vote makes the difference because all votes are counted as one vote to one person. Factor 2= They believe that there would be no difference no matter who wins the general election. Action - parties should do campaigns and present their manifesto to the people which states what they will change and will do and what they have already done and what would be the keep back of undone . Parties should keep their manifesto like a promise to the people to gain their trust and by so doing any of the youth will vote after seeing that the party kept their manifesto faithfully and did according as it was written. Factor 3= there is a large increase of floating voters - people who are not sure who to vote for or to even vote at all. action-= political parties should have meetings online, shown on television in which they introduce themselves and what their goal is and what they want for the people and the country. These should convince such an age group who attends no political party physical campaign and happens to turn on the tv and began to listen.
