Filipino & Indian culture was one of the reason why it is hard to find job now in Canada like Flexible Labor, Favouritism, some of the Managers hire their known applicants, friends & relatives TFW in Canada & in the Philippines and India & taking 2 to 3 jobs. I’m sure your wife is aware on what was happening in terms of hiring cause she worked at Tim Horton.
